Going Thru Some Old Photos…

Anyone who knows me knew that something like this would be coming sooner or later. And for those who don’t know me, let me just say that Byron and I have been friends since 1975 (and I’m sure Byron has often asked himself, “WHY???”), and I’ve got all kinds of good stuff stored up, waiting to share!
So anyways, I’m working on a couple of new website projects and I had to go thru a bunch of old photos to find some specific shots to use for one of the projects. And as long as I was going thru them, and had Photoshop open, I figured I might as well share….


I’m sure I’ll have a lot more to share later….
Tony Dungy and Lovie Smith Representing

Tony Dungy, coach of the Indianapolis Colts, and Lovie Smith, coach of the Chicago Bears, have made history by being the first African-American coaches to lead their teams into the Super Bowl. Both coaches are certainly aware of the historical significance of this achievement and are proud to be representing African-American coaches.
But as Nathan Black points out, they are also both proudly and openly representing Jesus Christ.

Good friend, and fellow fantasy football competitor, Rev Bill (Bill Hayes) offers a thoughtful insight on an article that asks, ” Did John Lennon Become A Christian?”



This phrase comes from the 1978 "Jonestown massacre" in which most members of the Peoples Temple cult, blindly following their leader Jim Jones, committed suicide by drinking cyanide-laced Kool-Aid.
