Still in My Craw…
I agree with the NAACP, the AARP, John Conyers, and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (that represents the very first time that sentence has ever come out of my pen): Kelo v. New London is a travesty of justice. Have you read about this yet? You should, here.
Folks, take a look at the justices who enabled this mockery of justice to take place: all five are judicial activists. “Liberals”, to use different terminology, though that’s not the best way to describe them, in my view. Supposedly, “liberals” look out for the rights and well-being of the poorest among us; this explains why the above-mentioned folks stood against these judicial activists in this case. This is a very fresh case-in-point as to why we cannot afford more activists on the Court.
And, by the way, note where that maven of compassion, Nancy Pelosi, comes down on this one. Wow.

This phrase comes from the 1978 "Jonestown massacre" in which most members of the Peoples Temple cult, blindly following their leader Jim Jones, committed suicide by drinking cyanide-laced Kool-Aid.

I can’t ignore this decision but what can you do with a run away court? How do you impeach a judge? We don’t need to worry about who has nuclear capabilities or who hates the US enough to commit suicide bombings. As far as I can see this decision has put an end to the USA. Homeland security should have been called into the supreme court chambers to clean out the threats to our freedoms and rights. The enemy is not in the middle-east or asia it is in Washington DC robed in black, with no term limits or accountability! I wonder how many virgins they are promised for bringing this country down?!? Maybe that is why O’Connor retired she didn’t want any virgins. Now we know why they wear black!
