A Good Strategy for the SCOTUS Opening
Outcomes Over Process — A Brilliant Strategy
We need to hammer home to Joe Bag o’ Donuts that the “reasoning” that produced Kelo v. City of New London was produced by judicial activists, and that these people want to take the decisions out of the hands of the people, indeed override the people’s expressed decisions, and place those decisions in the hands of an unelected, unaccountable, elite few. It’s madness—but this is the kind of approach that could be effective in overcoming the shuck-and-jive that Chuckie Schumer is preparing to try to pull. Ann Coulter is surely onto something when she suggests that we should accept only judicial nominees violently opposed by Chuck Schumer.

This phrase comes from the 1978 "Jonestown massacre" in which most members of the Peoples Temple cult, blindly following their leader Jim Jones, committed suicide by drinking cyanide-laced Kool-Aid.
