I attended Xenos Christian Fellowship for 3 years while in graduate school before I moved out of state. I had the good fortune to be discipled by several great Christian men who helped bring my focus back where it belonged on Christ and on living life together with other believers in common purpose. I really believe that the Xenos model — commitment to truth, to community, and to mission — is not only a biblical one, but also one that is highly effective in reaching the unchurched or, in my case, those Christians who had been disaffected by church. I will forever be grateful to those brothers who spoke truth in my life through Xenos.

Xenos has seriously changed my life, and I think it is fair to say that all my years of ministry have been flavored by life together Xenos style. It is a something that is caught AND taught there.

I’m glad you got to attend the conference, Byron. One year I’m going to make it. I’ve known about Xenos for a few years and I so appreciate their biblical emphasis on corporate Christian life. Two days ago I recommended their book on marriage and today I threw in my cheer with yours for how they do ministry.
